SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Our main goal is to make you satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, due to the small nature of our company we do not accept returns for a refund.

 

We do offer store credit (that never expires) within 7 days for the total amount not including shipping fees. We do not reimburse shipping or return shipping fees. After 7 days, all sales are FINAL, and returns will not be accepted. Please email us at hello@Jnellzbrimroar.com for assistance on your return and return address.

 

You are responsible for the returned product until it is delivered to us. Please receive tracking info for your records. 

 

  • Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.

  • All orders placed before 5pm EST will ship the next day.

  • Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a tracking number.

  • Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • Orders are shipped by USPS priority mail and in some cases UPS.

  • International shipping is currently not available.

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we first want to apologize for this rare occurrence.

  • We will provide you with assistance in this matter.

  • Please note that the shipment of custom hats may require a processing time of 7-10 days. Thank you for your understanding.
